Artikel 1 — Wat bieden wij aan / What we offer
FAC Blauwhuis (Friese Autocross Club) biedt livestreams aan van autocross-evenementen op Speedway Blauwhuis. Per event kun je een digitaal ticket kopen dat je toegang geeft tot de livestream van dat specifieke event.
FAC Blauwhuis (Friese Autocross Club) offers livestreams of autocross events at Speedway Blauwhuis. You can purchase a digital ticket per event that grants access to the livestream for that specific event.
Artikel 2 — Prijzen en valuta / Prices and currency
Alle prijzen zijn in euro (EUR) en inclusief BTW. De prijs staat vermeld bij elk event op de website. Na betaling ontvang je per e-mail een bevestiging.
All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. The price is displayed with each event on the website. After payment, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Artikel 3 — Betaalmethoden / Payment methods
Wij accepteren betalingen via iDEAL en creditcard. Alle betalingen worden veilig verwerkt door Mollie B.V. Wij slaan geen betalingsgegevens op.
We accept payments via iDEAL and credit card. All payments are securely processed by Mollie B.V. We do not store any payment details.
Artikel 4 — Toegang tot de livestream / Access to the livestream
Na succesvolle betaling krijg je direct toegang tot de livestream. Je kunt de stream bekijken op maximaal 2 apparaten tegelijk. Toegang is persoonlijk en mag niet gedeeld worden.
After successful payment, you receive immediate access to the livestream. You can watch the stream on up to 2 devices simultaneously. Access is personal and may not be shared.
Artikel 5 — Replay
Na afloop van een event kun je de replay terugkijken zolang je een geldig ticket hebt. FAC Blauwhuis behoudt zich het recht voor om replays op een later moment gratis beschikbaar te stellen.
After an event, you can re-watch the replay as long as you have a valid ticket. FAC Blauwhuis reserves the right to make replays available for free at a later date.
Artikel 6 — KingsBattle Passe-partout
Het KingsBattle passe-partout geeft toegang tot beide KingsBattle livestreams. Het is niet geldig voor andere events.
The KingsBattle pass grants access to both KingsBattle livestreams. It is not valid for other events.
Artikel 7 — Restitutiebeleid / Refund policy
Omdat het gaat om digitale content die direct beschikbaar is na betaling, geldt er geen herroepingsrecht conform artikel 6:230p lid 1 sub e BW. In de volgende gevallen kun je wel een restitutie aanvragen:
- Technische storing aan onze kant waardoor de stream niet of nauwelijks te bekijken was.
- Annulering van het event door FAC Blauwhuis.
Neem contact op via de live chat met je bestelgegevens. Restitutie wordt binnen 14 dagen verwerkt via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.
Since this concerns digital content that is immediately available after payment, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Dutch Civil Code article 6:230p). However, you may request a refund in the following cases: technical failure on our end that made the stream unwatchable, or cancellation of the event by FAC Blauwhuis. Contact via our live chat with your order details. Refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
Artikel 8 — Aansprakelijkheid / Liability
FAC Blauwhuis streeft naar een zo goed mogelijke streamkwaliteit, maar kan niet garanderen dat de stream te allen tijde beschikbaar of foutloos is. Bij storingen doen wij ons best deze zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.
FAC Blauwhuis strives for the best possible stream quality but cannot guarantee that the stream is always available or error-free. In case of issues, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.
