2. Welke gegevens verzamelen wij / What data we collect

Wanneer je een livestream-ticket koopt, verzamelen wij:

E-mailadres — nodig voor het aanmaken van je account, het versturen van de inloglink en de bestelbevestiging.
Land — nodig voor het tonen van de juiste betaalmethoden (bijv. iDEAL voor Nederland, Bancontact voor België).
Betalingsgegevens — worden verwerkt door onze betaalprovider Mollie B.V. Wij slaan zelf geen creditcard- of bankgegevens op.
IP-adres — wordt tijdelijk gebruikt voor spambescherming (rate limiting) en sessiebeheer (apparaatlimiet).

When you purchase a livestream ticket, we collect: your email address (for account creation, login links and order confirmation), country (for payment method selection, e.g. iDEAL for the Netherlands, Bancontact for Belgium), payment data (processed by our payment provider Mollie B.V. — we do not store card or bank details ourselves), and IP address (temporarily used for spam protection and session management).

3. Grondslag voor verwerking / Legal basis

Wij verwerken je gegevens op basis van:

• Uitvoering van de overeenkomst (art. 6 lid 1 sub b AVG) — om je ticket te leveren en toegang te geven tot de stream.
• Gerechtvaardigd belang (art. 6 lid 1 sub f AVG) — voor beveiliging, fraude-preventie en sessiebeheer.
• Wettelijke verplichting (art. 6 lid 1 sub c AVG) — voor financiële administratie.

We process your data based on: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) — to deliver your ticket and grant access to the stream; legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) — for security, fraud prevention and session management; legal obligation (GDPR art. 6(1)(c)) — for financial administration.

4. Waarvoor gebruiken wij je gegevens / How we use your data

• Het verwerken van je bestelling en het verlenen van toegang tot de livestream.
• Het versturen van een inloglink als je terugkeert op een ander apparaat.
• Het beheren van gelijktijdige sessies (maximaal 2 apparaten).
• Het voorkomen van misbruik (maximaal aantal verzoeken per tijdseenheid).
• Het versturen van bestelbevestigingen per e-mail.

Wij versturen geen marketing-e-mails en verkopen je gegevens nooit aan derden.

We use your data to: process your order and grant access to the livestream, send login links when you return on a different device, manage concurrent sessions (maximum 2 devices), prevent abuse (rate limiting), and send order confirmation emails. We do not send marketing emails and never sell your data to third parties.

5. Betalingsverwerking / Payment processing

Alle betalingen worden verwerkt door Mollie B.V., gevestigd te Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam. Mollie is een door De Nederlandsche Bank geregistreerde betaalinstelling. Mollie verwerkt je betalingsgegevens conform hun eigen privacybeleid: mollie.com/privacy.

Alle transacties zijn in EUR (euro).

All payments are processed by Mollie B.V., located at Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam. Mollie is a payment institution registered with the Dutch Central Bank. Mollie processes your payment data according to their privacy policy: mollie.com/privacy. All transactions are in EUR (euro).

6. Met wie delen wij je gegevens / Who we share data with

Wij delen je gegevens alleen met:

• Mollie B.V. — voor het verwerken van betalingen.
• Cloudways / DigitalOcean / Vultr — onze hostingprovider waar de website op draait.
• Vimeo — voor het afspelen van de livestream. Vimeo kan cookies plaatsen wanneer je de stream bekijkt.

Wij verkopen of delen je gegevens niet met adverteerders of andere derden.

We only share your data with: Mollie B.V. (payment processing), Cloudways / Vultr (our hosting provider), and Vimeo (for streaming the livestream — Vimeo may place cookies when you watch the stream). We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or other third parties.

7. Hoe lang bewaren wij je gegevens / Data retention

• Accountgegevens (e-mail, bestelgeschiedenis) — bewaard zolang je account actief is.
• Financiële administratie — 7 jaar (wettelijke bewaarplicht).
• IP-adressen (rate limiting) — maximaal 24 uur.
• Sessiegegevens (apparaatlimiet) — worden automatisch verwijderd na 5 minuten inactiviteit.

Je kunt op elk moment verzoeken om verwijdering van je account door te mailen naar info@fac-autocross.nl.

Account data (email, order history) is retained as long as your account is active. Financial records are kept for 7 years (legal requirement). IP addresses (rate limiting) are stored for a maximum of 24 hours. Session data (device limits) is automatically deleted after 5 minutes of inactivity. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@fac-autocross.nl.

8. Cookies

Wij gebruiken alleen strikt noodzakelijke cookies voor het functioneren van de website:

• WordPress login-cookie — onthoudt dat je bent ingelogd (2 dagen, of 2 weken bij “herinner mij”).
• WooCommerce sessie-cookie — voor het verwerken van je bestelling.

Wij gebruiken geen tracking-, analytics- of advertentiecookies. Wanneer de Vimeo-player wordt geladen, kan Vimeo eigen cookies plaatsen — zie het Vimeo privacybeleid.

We only use strictly necessary cookies: WordPress login cookie (remembers your login for 2 days, or 2 weeks if “remember me” is selected) and WooCommerce session cookie (for processing your order). We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. When the Vimeo player loads, Vimeo may place its own cookies — see the Vimeo privacy policy.

9. Beveiliging / Security

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om je gegevens te beschermen:

• Alle verbindingen verlopen via HTTPS (SSL/TLS-encryptie).
• Betalingsgegevens worden uitsluitend door Mollie verwerkt.
• Wij gebruiken rate limiting om brute-force aanvallen te voorkomen.
• Magic login-links zijn eenmalig bruikbaar en verlopen na 15 minuten.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: all connections use HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption), payment data is processed exclusively by Mollie, we use rate limiting to prevent brute-force attacks, and magic login links are single-use and expire after 15 minutes.

10. Je rechten / Your rights

Onder de AVG/GDPR heb je de volgende rechten:

• Inzage — je kunt opvragen welke gegevens wij van je hebben.
• Correctie — je kunt onjuiste gegevens laten aanpassen.
• Verwijdering — je kunt verzoeken dat wij je gegevens wissen.
• Overdraagbaarheid — je kunt je gegevens in een standaardformaat opvragen.
• Beperking — je kunt verzoeken dat wij het gebruik van je gegevens beperken.
• Bezwaar — je kunt bezwaar maken tegen verwerking op basis van gerechtvaardigd belang.

Neem voor al deze verzoeken contact op via info@fac-autocross.nl. Wij reageren binnen 30 dagen.

Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens: autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights: access (request what data we hold about you), rectification (correct inaccurate data), erasure (request deletion of your data), portability (request your data in a standard format), restriction (request we limit use of your data), and objection (object to processing based on legitimate interest). Wij behouden ons het recht voor dit privacybeleid te wijzigen. De laatste versie is altijd beschikbaar op deze pagina. Bij ingrijpende wijzigingen informeren wij je per e-mail.
